Eve’s Women in Leadership – Meet Dora

Please describe your job title and your responsibilities at Eve & Co?

I am the packaging supervisor that oversees a team of 7 team members. My team and I are responsible for packaging final product from pre-rolls, dry flower, labelling, shipping with good quality standards and meet daily targets.

I delegate work to my team and assist them in reaching production goals and train workers in operating equipment. As well, I observe packaging operations, inspects containers to verify conformance to specifications.

  1. What is your favourite part of your job?
    Working alongside my team/coworkers.

2. What is your favourite thing about being a woman?
There are many things I like about being a woman, but my favourite thing is motherhood. Being able to carry my babies for 9 months as I bonded with each of them, and watching them be born was one of the best days of my life.

3. If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
I would learn how to swim (countless nightmares about drowning) LOL.
